PROCEDURES- Shipping, Grading, Fees, Returns, etc.
Shipment Timing – I am largely retired, so I am sometimes away from my inventory. As a result, I occasionally may not be able to fill your order promptly. If I’m not away, I’ll fill your order immediately.
Shipment Method – I usually ship domestically by Media Mail. If you want me to ship by a different method, please email me. info@ripsawrecords.com
Returns – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email me. In such a case, I generally substitute a new copy or refund your money.
Multiple Item Orders: If you wish to order more than one item, please email me at info@ripsawrecords.com before you place your order. I may be able to consolidate your order’s items and save you some money on shipping costs.
Customs Fees: International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.
